Serac's objective is to provide reliable and efficient filling systems for the industrial marketplace.
We build filling and capping machines that increase production times with minimal intervention by the operator. Our Filler Control System (FCS+) allows the operator full control using a touch screen. The industrial version multi-flow filling valve is monitored by an electronic board which defines the optimum parameters for opening and closing. This "intelligent" filling nozzle can easily differentiate between foam and viscous products; it is the ultimate anti-foam nozzle.
Serac has versatile and accurate volume control filling systems that are environmentally friendly. Our RP2 machine has no tank, reduces CIP (Cleaning in Place) time and effluents.
