Particle-free tanks:
For injectables and particle-free products, Serac machines are equipped with a gravity-flow, sealed tank and associated with a precision, weight filling system.
CIP and SIP at 248°F:
Serac machines are equipped with an automatic CIP (Clean In Place) system eliminating the need for dismantling. For bacteriological sensitive products, a SIP (Sterilization In Place) system with hot, pressurized water (or steam) at 248°F is proposed.
